Maintenance Products

Several parts of your CONCR3DE printer should be regularly cleaned and maintained using specific wipes or flush liquids. We advise replacing your printer's filters and tubes when changing between different types of binder. Below, you can find specific maintenance products available from CONCR3DE or one of our distribution partners.

The Maintenance Kit includes all Armadillo maintenance essentials, conveniently bundled in a set. It consists of a full Tube and Filter replacement set for our Armadillo printer, Printhead Binder Wipers, Printhead Dust Wipes and 5 liters of either Aqueous or Organic Flush to clean the binder jetting system. The Maintenance Kit includes a 5 µm Inlet Filter, which is located at the top of the binder container and serves as the primary filter removing any particles from the binder material. The second included Filter is the 10 µm Last Chance Filter, which removes any particles from the binder right before it enters the printhead. It prevents clogging of the nozzles. Lastly, this Kit includes a 10 µm Air Filter, which is used to clean the air entering the system preventing dust and other airborne particles from entering the system and potentially affecting print quality or causing damage to internal components. We recommend replacing the Tubes and Filters every time the binder is changed, and at least twice a year, depending on printer use. The exact Maintenance Kit contents depend on the printer resolution and binder used, so please always include this information in your order.

These wipes are specifically designed for cleaning the printhead. Its cleaning process involves periodically purging a small amount of binder through the printhead to remove any obstructions. These wipers are used to gently remove any excess binder residue that may remain on the printhead nozzles or surrounding areas.

These high-quality wipes are specifically designed for the cleaning of printheads. They are manufactured from a non-abrasive material that effectively removes dust without scratching the printhead surface.

This water-based flush solution is crucial for maintaining optimal printer performance when switching between binders. The flush avoids the formation of clogs within the binder jetting system by effectively cleaning the system from residual binder. This flush is specifically designed for cleaning between aqueous binders, such as Mineral Binder and Inorganic Binder.

This organic flush solution is crucial for maintaining optimal printer performance when switching between binders. The flush avoids the formation of clogs within the binder jetting system by effectively cleaning the system from residual binder. This flush is specifically designed for cleaning between organic binders, such as Cer Binder and M-Binder.

The Capping Sponge is recommended to cover the printhead when a printer is not in use. In addition to cleaning and protecting the printhead, this Sponge also maintains printhead moisture, which prevents nozzle clogging when a binder is prone to solidification.

Service Level Agreements & Extended Warranty

Service Level Agreements
CONCR3DE offers customers different Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) in addition to our standard warranty terms. Our SLA’s offer different levels of online support, part replacement upon failure, and a technician on site if we can’t solve the problem online. Every SLA also includes a yearly visit by our maintenance crew to keep your CONCR3DE hardware and software running smoothly.
Extended Warranty
For customers selecting one of the Service Level Agreements, CONCR3DE offers the option to increase the warranty period by 2 additional years. The extended warranty option is not available separately, as the SLA enables us to maintain the hardware in the best possible way. This allows us to offer an extended warranty at a discounted price level.
