Our binder jetting technology allows using a wide range of technical material options. CONCR3DE offers certified materials for Plug-and-Play solutions. You are also welcome to ‘Bring Your Own Powder’ for us to print with. The choice is yours – we are happy to help you either way.
From small to large scale
The CONCR3DE platform is exceptionally scalable. Our Armadillo Blue XL 3D printer allows printing up to 48 liters of parts per day. Elephant Blue allows industrial production with a capacity of up to 1.000 liters per day. All include validated material settings and full post processing solutions.

Armadillo Blue (XL)

This binder jetting 3D printer comes fully featured with all applicable add-ons to print ceramics and metals. It includes an integrated control station running our NOAH software on optimized hardware, as well as our Infrared Heater and Depowdering Box for convenient handling after print. The XL version doubles the daily production volume.

Elephant Blue

CONCR3DE redefines large-scale 3D printing of technical ceramics with the introduction of our Elephant Blue printer. This industrial production system boasts a print capacity of 1.000 liters per day and includes all hardware add-ons to efficiently print materials like Silicon Carbide at scale, with a print box measuring 1 x 2 x 0,8 meters.

Our team of binder jetting experts is ready to enable you to use your own powder-based material for printing. We can either test your powders with existing binders, or even create unique combinations with custom binders. We strive to deliver the material you are looking for in an optimized printing and scalable production process.
Full process customization
The 3D printing of technical materials like Silicon Carbide offers many benefits and novel opportunities over traditional production methods. However, it still requires a production process that involves more than printing alone.
