Do you want to grow your career at the intersection of marketing, sales, and advanced technology? We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our international, fast-moving team of 15 experts based in the port of Rotterdam.
We build large-scale industrial 3D printers and work with customers around the world—from Brazil to Japan. As part of our team, you’ll support both the creative and commercial sides of our business, and play a key role in helping us grow globally.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, representing the brand with professionalism and energy
Own the organization and continuous improvement of our marketing materials, brand assets, and sales tools
Manage and grow our social media presence with data-driven content planning and performance tracking
Take the lead in planning and executing trade shows, customer events, and product launches
Write and coordinate newsletters, press releases, and digital campaigns
Engage directly with prospects and customers to support sales conversations and build strong relationships
Create and manage quotes, presentations, and proposals
Help develop and maintain our CRM system, contributing to a scalable commercial process
Identify and implement ideas to strengthen our marketing and sales strategy
What do you bring?
2–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or communications role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in English (Dutch and/or Italian is a plus)
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
A hands-on mindset and a can-do attitude
