Financial Administrator

Are you an accurate and proactive financial professional who likes to make an impact within a growing organization? We are an innovative high-tech manufacturing scale-up in Rotterdam and are looking for a Financial Administrator to take our financial processes to the next level.

We are CONCR3DE, a globally active scale-up in 3D printing of various industrial applications. You can find our printers in construction, in R&D and at high-tech production companies. We have an international team of 15 colleagues and work at the RDM, in an inspiring creative environment in the port area.

Your tasks and responsibilities
As a Financial Administrator, you are responsible for the financial administration and support management with clear reports and analyses. Your work will include:

• Financial administration: processing bank transactions, purchase and sales invoices, and debtor and creditor management.
• Monthly reports: preparation and optimization of financial reports in consultation with management.
• Budgeting & liquidity management: preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and cash flow planning.
• Financial statements: preparation of the annual accounts in collaboration with the accountant.
• Organizational support: supporting the team with administrative and organizational tasks.

What do you bring?

• A completed HBO+ education in finance, accountancy or business economics.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar finance role.
• Experience with accounting software and Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proactive and independent work attitude, with an eye for detail.
• Affinity with an innovative, technical environment.
